The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

"1 (i) for issuance of a writ, in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the possession notice dated 02.12.2023, issue by the Respondent No. 2, which has prejudiced the Petitioner, being the lawful owner of 88 Decimal of the land situated at Mauja- Bhagwanpur. P.S. Bechhan, Dist-Muzaffarpur, Circle-Bechhan,

appertaining to Khata 162, Khesra- 414.

(ii). For issuance of a writ, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent No. 2, not to disturb the peaceful possession of the Petitioner as the loan amount was not taken by the Petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
