for the respondents is present.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for

the following relief(s):-

“1. i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No. 278 dated 27.06.2015 passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.18470 of 2015(3) dt.06-03-2024 2/3

Magistrate, Arwal whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing of the speaking order as contained in Memo No. 99 dated 11.07.2014 passed by the District Programme Officer, Arwal, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected with regard to the payment of remuneration on the post of his Prerak.

iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ to call for the selection proceeding and appointment letter of the private respondent No. 8. and further issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the same.

iv) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Prerak in the Gram Panchayat Sonbhadra, Block Sonbhadra Banshi Surujpur, Arwal in view of the letter 529 dated 27.05.2012 issued by the District Education Officer, Arwal as well as appointment letter dated 12.06.2012 issued by the headmaster, Middle School, Sonbhadra.

v) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents to make the payment of arrear of the petitioner for the period from 18.6.2012 to 30.3.3013 and also to make the current remuneration/salary of the

petitioner time to time as he was appointed on the post of Prerak in the Gram Panchayat Sonbhadra, Block Sonbhadra Banshi Surujpur at District Arwal.

vi) For issuance of writ, order or direction which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on

The case is dismissed for non prosecution.
