The petitioner has filed the instant application for

the following relief :-

“1. That this writ petition is being filed for directing the respondent to immediately constitute the managing committee of the Soghra Estate and governing body of Soghra College Biharsharif with a further direction that newly constituted Managing Committee may further make an inquiry into the misdeeds of the principal of the Soghra Estate with a further prayer to make inquiry into the grant / aid provided by the state government through the Magadh University to the Soghra Collage since certain officials of Magadh University in connivance with the In-charge Principal of the Soghra Collage have got their relatives appointed in the college in the name of year 2009 after the cut off date of 2008 fixed by the state government and made payment to such persons at the cost of the petitioner and other persons in most fraudulent, illegal and wrongful manner.”
