The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

"1. That this writ application is for issuance of a direction to the Respondents to absorb the Petitioner on the post of driver in any other department instead of terminating his service, according to the notification of the Government dated 17.09.2018 issued vide Memo no. 12534 and
