The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

"1.[A] For issuance of a writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs order/orders direction/ directions to direct the respondents not to remove the petitioners without initiating legal proceeding against them.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
