The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following reliefs:

“(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus of any other appropriate writ for a direction to the Block Employment Committee of the Kuchaikote Block (Respondent No. 7) to fill up the left over 52 vacant posts of Prakhand Teachers out of 207 vacant posts in the Kuchaikote Block of the Gopalganj district which is not filled up due to the latches of the respondents and consider the case of the petitioners for their appointment on the said vacant posts.

(ii) For any other relief/s to which the petitioners are found entitled for.”
