The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following relief(s):-

“ 1.I. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take proper steps to create Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society (hereinafter referred to as the PACCS), Manik Parasi, within the Manik Parasi Panchayat as two Villages of previously Karup PACCS has been declared Nagar Panchayat Karakat (Gorari) and with remaining 07 Villages of Karup PACCS a new Panchayat Manik Parasi has been created.

II. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take decision on the representation filed by the

Petitioners before the Respondent Authorities by which they have highlighted the facts under which formation of new PACCS, Manik Parasi is required to be done in view of the formation of new Panchayat Manik Parasi comprising 07 Villages. ”
