"1. I. Issuance of appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachments from the land bearing Khata No.317, Khesra No.2175, area 3.25 acres situated at Chitabkala (Mojama) Thana No.754, BlockSherghati, District-Gaya as the said land is a Government land i.e. Gairmajarua Sarva Sadharan land and there is a village road/pathway etc. over the land in question and the same has been encroached by the private respondents (encroachers) no. 6 to 14."
