The present writ petition has been filed
seeking the following reliefs:-
“1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondent authorities to dispose off application of the petitioner by which the petitioner claims ex-gratia amount/compensation from the respondent, for the Covid-19 death of the husband of petitioner.
(ii) For direction to the respondent authorities to pay Covid-19 death relief fund to the petitioner as prescribed by the Government of Bihar.”
