During the course of argument, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner on 14.12.2022 for cancellation of the maintenance order passed by the learned Family Court on various grounds. Learned counsel further submits that the said application filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C. has been still pending before the learned court below. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition and further to direct the concerned learned Family Court to consider and decide the pending application filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C. by the
