He submits that the petitoner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2023. He further submits that the co-accused/Vikash Kumar @ Vikky @ Vikash Kumar Yadav @ Bikash Kumar Yadav from whose possession a misfired cartridge and a country-made Katta was recovered has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed in 75459 of 2023.
