this case. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties as both the parties claim title over a piece of land but the petitioner has purchased the said land and got mutation in the name of his wife. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is a case of free fight between two groups and injuries have been sustained by both the sides. Moreover, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the allegations are mostly general and omnibus against all six accused persons. Injuries of the victims are not serious. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of two cases.

Bhabua/court concerned in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and other following conditions:
