Heard Mr.Pritish Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ram Naresh Ray, learned APP for the State.

The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 20.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45865 of 2024 by which the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of conditions in paragraph-7(i)that “ one of the bailors should be the father of the petitioner, namely, Ashok Bajaj ” but in fact father of the petitioner has died long back on 06.02.2010 and he has annexed the death certificate of the father of the petitioner (Annexure-P/2) so the condition in paragraph-7(i) may be modified to the extent that one of the bailors should be the close

relative of the petitioner he/she may be the bailor in place of “ one of the bailors should be the father of the petitioner namely, Ashok Bajaj ” .

Accordingly, the order dated 20.07.2024 is modified to the extent that “ one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner in place of “one of the bailors should be the father of the petitioner namely, Ashok Bajaj” .

For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Amit Bajaj and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 20.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45865 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from today.

With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
