A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Govind Manjhi has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2940 of 2024. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 07.11.2023.
