alleged truck was made from garage situated at Jandaha, Vaishali. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already been instituted a case for theft of his truck before the present case. It is submitted that except confessional statement of co-accused, Vinod Rai, nothing incriminating surfaced during course of investigation against this petitioner, which may connect him with the present occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.10.2023.
