Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and allegation is that the daughter of the informant was married to the petitioner about eight months back, and after marriage, the accused persons including the petitioner started demanding a motorcycle and a gold chain and on account of non-fulfilment of the demand, the victim was tortured

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being father-in-law and mother-in-law have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is also submitted that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence and had the petitioner been involved in the occurrence then efforts would have been made to dispose of the dead body for the purposes of concealing the evidence, but then the dead body was lying in the house and was sent for post-mortem. It is also submitted that the post-mortem report records that the death was due to asphyxia, as a result of hanging. It is also submitted no doubt, some dispute had arisen in between the victim and her husband and the victim being a short tempered lady, committed suicide. It is also submitted that the informant realising his mistake has filed a compromise petition before the learned trial court and the husband is in custody.

The learned APP for the State opposes the regular bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
