Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bheldi P.S. Case No.343 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per the F.I.R., hired criminals killed the deceased due to enmity.
4. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner and other accused persons after doing recee have killed the deceased. The petitioner and other accused persons have given their self inculpatory confessional statements. The bail applications of co-accused Rahul Pandey annd Rohit Kumar Singh have already been rejected by this Court vide orders dated

26.06.2024 and 03.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 43890 of 2024 and 45377 of 2024.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
