her re-statement, she named four accused persons including the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner’s name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused. Though, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused (Rohit Kumar), the pistol was recovered but it was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner is the person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 03.01.2024.
