Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.
2 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 363/363A of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim girl.
4 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl had eloped with one Rajeev Kumar and got married to him. Petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.
5 . Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that it has come during investigation that the petitioner had committing rape with the victim girl.

6 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7 . Accordingly, this application for regular bail is
hereby rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
