Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.
2 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case, petitioner and two others were caught. One K.G. of Charas and loaded pistol have been recovered. Rs. 23,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner who disclosed that the same was looted from Bandhan Bank, Simra.
4 . Petitioner is involved in the dacoity committed in the Bandhan Bank and has been caught with illegal arms and Charas . He is in jail since 10.06.2023. Petitioner is accused in three more cases.

6 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7 . Accordingly, this application for regular bail is
hereby rejected.
