2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to
withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 10.11.2022 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Aurangabad, Bihar in G.R. No. 1643/06, Trial No. 955/22, CIS No. 8363/13 arising out of Pauthu P.S. Case No. 20/2006 whereby and whereunder the discharge application filed on behalf of the petitioners was rejected.
