The petitioner has filed the instant application for

the following relief(s):-

“1. That this is an application for quashing of the FIR bearing Mahila P.S. Case no. 26/2021 dated 3-8-2021 under DistrictBhagalpur for the offence’s u/s 323, 341, 498A, 34, 307 of the IPC and Section 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act, whereby and where under the petitioner being Dewar has made the accused without any specific allegation.”

observations of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, as per oral

instructions received, cognizance has been taken by the learned trial Court. However, charge has not been framed and the petitioner who happens to be the devar of the informant is being unnecessarily dragged in this case for no good reason.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application and prays for a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same at the earliest.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same at the earliest.
