grant of regular bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case no.205 of 2023 registered under sections 307, 379, 323, 324, 341, 504,

506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that on the

orders of Ramu Yadav, the other accused persons including the petitioner herein assaulted the informant leading to injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the F.I.R.

While the petitioner is said to be armed with pistol, it is stated that he struck the informant with a butt of his pistol causing injuries on his hand. Even accepting the allegations, the injuries

are on a non vital part of the body. The petitioner is in custody since 19.1.2024 and has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner having remained in custody for about 3 months and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case no.205 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
