including the petitioner. In post-mortem report, the cause of death of the deceased was kept reserved. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023. The charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence by the petitioner. He further submits that the similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Anju Devi has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2171 of 2024.
