and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners came at the house and shop of the

informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant with fist and slaps, iron rod, hausa and dragged the informant by her hair. It is further alleged that accused persons also torn the blouse of the informant. It is further alleged that when the borther-in-law of the informant namely Navin Kumar and sister-in-law ( gotni ) of the informant came to save her, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that accused persons took away golden chain of 15 gm , Jitia of 5 gm and cash of Rs. 10,000/- from them.
