her husband was laying in an unconscious state and the money was missing and he was taken to the hospital by the informant and her family members after reaching the place of occurrence, as such, it appears that the petitioner after duping the husband of the informant took Rs.75,000/- which he was carrying. Further petitioner even has antecedent of three cases.
