Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned APP for the State.

2 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 704 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim and thereafter, he is said to have solemnized marriage with her.

4 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.12.2023

5 . Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the
