A perusal of office note shows that for restoration of CWJC No.2991 of 2014, MJC No.3315 of 2016 was preferred which was dismissed for non-prosecution.
In stead of seeking restoration of said MJC No.3315
Patna High Court MJC No.316 of 2017(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2
of 2016, the present second MJC No.316 of 2017 was filed.
The same is accordingly disposed of with liberty to
take steps for the revival of MJC No.3315 of 2016.
