necessary correction in the Employee’s Code (Member I.D. Code) forthwith. In case, the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna finds it proper to get certain relevant records from the Managing Director, Biscomaun, the same may be provided to him within a period of one week. The Managing Director, Biscomaun must also ensure to send the records relating to the EPF as well as Employee’s Code (Member I.D.Code) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna within the aforesaid period. The petitioner, if so advised, may also approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance in accordance with the provisions of Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. So far as the other consequential reliefs are concerned, the Managing Director, Biscomaun may consider the case of the petitioner in the light of order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court as per the seriatum.
