Heard Mr. Shashish Bhushan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel for the University and Mr. Subhash Chandra Mishra, learned SC 16 for the State.

2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the dispute relating to age has been settled in terms of direction passed in CWJC No.20731 of 2011, vide order dated 02.12.2014 but the petitioners have not been paid their retiral dues, as enumerated in paragraph no.14 of writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that all the dues are admitted dues and are required to be paid in accordance with law. He also informs that the petitioners will file detail representation before the Registrar of the University

for redressal of their grievance. The Registrar of the University is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners, as enumerated in paragraph no.14 of the writ petition, in accordance with law.
