The license of the petitioner was cancelled
against which order he had preferred an appeal.
However, when no decision came forthcoming
by the Appellate Authority and 6 months had elapsed,
the petitioner withdrew the appeal and preferred the present writ petition.
After some arguments, Mr. Labh, the learned
counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

this application in order to prefer a revision before the
Revisional Authority as mandated under Clause 32(VI).
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
