For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, Rule or direction or be pleased to further disposed of the present writ application with similar terms and conditions passed by this Hon’ble Court on 17.12.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6436 of 2020 as that of petitioners are on identical footings.”

The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of passing of a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018, hence it is submitted that the present writ petition be disposed off.
