“That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 24.09.2022 passed in the matter of Ram Janaki Math Jagdishpur Bagh Nagari, District Muzaffarpur whereas it has directed the petitioner to vacate the land on which he has been living from the time of his great grandfather i.e. since 70-80 years back.
