The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
“1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to Respondents authority to not dispossess the petitioner from residential land upon which, she has been residing for last 50 years. The petitioner further prays for direction of Hon'ble High Court to Respondents authority to settle the land in favour of petitioner. She further prays for any other relief/ reliefs for which she

is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
Liberty so sought is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
