The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief:-
"1.That this writ application is directed against the order dated 30.1.2010 (Annexure-6) passed by the learned Sub Judge VIII, Siwan in T.S. No.83/2002 (Dhanpal Bhagat and others Versus Rambharosh Bhagat and others), whereby and whereunder the intervenor petition dated 3.7.2009 filed by the Intervenors-Respondent Ist set has been allowed and they have been permitted to contest the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty so sought is granted.
