Thirteen years after appearing in the examination of Final Part III Bachelor degree examination, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to publish his result.
In this writ application, save and except a statement that he had made a representation as back as on 25.11.2010, there is nothing to show even prima facie that the petitioner took any effort to approach the College/University as the case may be.

This writ application lacks bonafide and is fit to be dismissed on the ground of delay and laches on the part of the petitioner. It is dismissed accordingly.
