“That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order or Direction for quashing the order dated 04.02.2022 pronounced as order on 21.01.2023 issued by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, East Champaran at Motihari whereby a direction was given to the District Co-operative Officer and the Managing Director of the Motihari Central

Bank Ltd. to calculate the amount of crop Insurance within 15 days and then to institute a certificate case against the Chairman of the PACs and further the petitioner prays for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to give effect of the aforesaid impugned order and/or for issuance of such other order or direction to which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated herein under.
Motihari is directed to call for the records relating to the Rampur Khajuria PACs with respect to details of all the farmers who were covered by Crop Insurance and whose crops have been destroyed due to natural calamity and pass a reasoned order after giving proper notice to the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, East Champaran at Motihari, whose action has been questioned in the present writ petition.
