“(i) In the nature of “Certiorari” for setting aside the letter no. 215 dated 13.08.2019 as contained in memo no. 1604 whereby and whereunder the petitioner’s company namely M/s Crayons Advertising Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred as “the Company”) was placed into blacklist without any time specification.
(ii) In the nature of “Certiorari” also to quash the order as contained in letter no. 1551 dated 24/11/2020 whereby and whereunder the appeal

preferred by the petitioner was rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the instance case.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate authority, should the need so arise.
Permission granted.
Present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
