Heard Mr. Prabhas Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Subhash Prasad Singh, GA-3 for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that he has received instruction that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Commissioner, Madhubani Nagar Nigam for redressal of his grievance as claimed in the present writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation along with all the relevant documents in support of his claim.
