She herself states in paragraph ‘5’ of the writ application that admittedly she is discharging her duty as Sahayika at Anganwari Centre No.98 in Ward No.11 in Vishambharpur Sahu Tola and her house is situated at ward no.11.
Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned AC to GP-2 appears for the State and submits that in fact the petitioner should have no

This writ application has no merit. It is dismissed
