supplementary counter affidavit, it is submitted that the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division Kaimur, Mohania

vide letter no. 2154 and 2156 dated 15.12.2023 approved the payment of CPF amount of both the petitioners and has directed for payment of the same to their respective bank account. Consequent thereto, the bills of the petitioners have been sent to the treasury for final payment through HMRS system.

He thus, submits that in view of the aforesaid facts, the grievance of the petitioners, with regard to the payment of CPF have already been redressed.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the State and the averments made in the second supplementary counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
