The present petition has been filed seeking the

Bio Fuels Limited, Lauriya Chini Mill from the post of Fitter because he is in regular service of the said Sugar Mill since 2010 and further for stay the further engagement of seasonal manpower for which the respondents invited applications vide notice dated 18.08.2013 and fixed the date of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
