Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.02.2010, passed in Title Appeal No. 10 of 2006 by the learned Fast Track Court-III, Gopalganj, whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner for stay of the further proceedings in Execution Case No. 01 of 2006 has been rejected, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the title appeal, as aforesaid, has not been finally decided, the same protection as was granted earlier by this Court by an order dated 25.01.2012, be continued till the final disposal of the title appeal in question.
It is directed accordingly.
The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
