The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief:-
“1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction in the nature of Certiorari, order/s, direction/s commanding the respondents to quash the notice dated 29.9.2015 issued under the signature of circle officer, Ghanshyampur, Darbhanga whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been directed to vacate the land appertaining to khata no-6968 khata no-(old) 495, Thana no-347 comprising on area of 11 katha and land appertaining to khata no-495, old khesara no6968 respectively the ground that these land have not been allotted to the petitioners by the

BhoodanYagya Committee though the petitioners are the physical possession of this land since more than 60 years.”
Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, it appears that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievances.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid
terms.
