The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :-

“(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ and/ or order and direction to the respondents to pass an order on the petitioners’ respective representation dated 16.07.2014 for granting

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna for grant of promotion. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna shall consider the same in accordance with law and dispose off the same by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
