that a straightforward order was passed by this Court, disposing off the writ petition as not pressed, in view of the fact that the Circle Officer, Jandaha, Vaishali had already taken steps for removal of the encroachment in question. Nonetheless, the Contemnors have filed a show-cause, wherein it has been stated that after the Circle Officer, Jandaha, Vaishali had initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No.1 of 2018-19, he had called for a report from the Revenue Clerk, who had then submitted his report dated 05.08.2019, stating therein that the encroachment has already been removed by the encroachers from the Revisional Survey Plot No.630, Khata No.557, situated in village-Jandaha. However, pursuant to filing of the present contempt petition, re-enquiry was made and it was found that encroachment had resurfaced, hence fresh encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No.03 of 2022-23 were initiated by the Circle Officer, Jandaha and the same has also stood concluded by removal of the encroachment in question.
