Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for redressal of her grievance before Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar for the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid specific submission made on behalf of petitioner, and her desire, petitioner, if so advised, she may file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, who is directed to pass a detailed order, after verifying the records relating to Chakai Block in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner, considering the fact that the development work should not hamper.
