3 25-07-2023 1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

"(A) To issue Writ to Mandamus commanding to the Respondents Authority to Discharge there Legal obligation and Disposed the Representation Vide Annexure- 2 to this Application given through Registered Post on dated 17/08/2021.

(B) To issue Writ to Respondent Authority to Continue the Rampur Bele Path - with Kutulupur Liked Road Under Block -Parwalpur, District - Nalanda under NABARD

SCHEME, Scheme No. S.V.D-02/201819, in which Approx Rs. 1579890.00 invested Against Estimated Allotted Rs.3743000.00 by Govt. of Bihar As per Annexure- 1 vide Letter No. 1082 dated 15.07.2021 issued by Respondent No. 3.

(C) For Proper Action against the Responsible Respondents in which they intentionaly delay the works and waste the Central and State Govt. Money and as well as Policy with others occasions and Manner with ignoring the Provision of Law. "

Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
