The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
“1. That this writ application is being filed for the direction to the respondents to select the petitioner on the post of Technical Assistant in the Food Corporation of India and to issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the
