In the present case, the rent was enhanced in the year 2014. It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation that the petitioners at their will chose not to pay the rent and also not to agitate and all of a

sudden in the year 2018, the writ application was filed four years after the enhancement was made.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Corporation, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
